Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WhatsLauncher mobile application (the "App") provided by AltosCode ("we", "us", or "our"). By using WhatsLauncher, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

WhatsLauncher is a simplified Android launcher designed specifically to assist older adults in accessing communication tools with ease. The app focuses on simplicity, accessibility, and communication via voice and video calls.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Limited License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App solely for your own non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use of the App.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of AltosCode.

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will always be safe, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AltosCode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without notice or liability if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chile, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
